Victoria

Tucked on the northern continent of Mnemosyne, the small country of Dunrowe sits, a port nation that sits as the only English speaking nation on the planet Kepler.

Foxwell Tower

This is the district checkpoint. Victoria's prime tourist attraction is the classical, centuries-old Foxwell Tower, the first radio tower in Mnemosyne. It was erected in 2870. Foxwell Tower's lowest section is a half-museum, half-national-broadcast-center.

Kerroway Heights

Designed by Joseph Kerroway, this area of the city was build to compensate for Victoria's shoddy settlement and the small space downtown was left along the shores. While it was getting districtified and formally mapped, Kerroway provided an idea: to stack the downtown shoreline! Victoria's Kerroway Heights is a series of pathways and streets built atop each other, sort of like a parking garage with less uniform, flat covering. The lower you go in the heights, the less chance you have in seeing sunlight, but the top layers are mostly upon and unobstructed. Kerroway Heights is lined with stores and attractions; markets, restaurants, clothing stores, etc. etc. A statue of Joseph Kerroway is erected at the topmost layer of the heights, backdropped by the city's radio tower. If you have trouble picturing this location, it's the background of the website.

Groundlevel Streets

Further inland, the Rainmerrow District is lined with towers. These are connected through normal streets, ground level pedestrian walkways made of cobblestone which clashes with the sci-fi, electronic feel of the city. Here you get some of the shadier businesses, the ones who couldn't afford to go shoreside. Alleys are particularly common here, and a good place to attack unknowing members of other parties.

Apartment Tower

Due to its crowding and its metropolitan focus, the Rainmerrow District has only one residential establishment: a single, large apartment tower. Located nearby the Foxwell Tower, it is pretty expensive to live in even the cheapest apartments, and only high-end Victorians reside here.
